The Zynaptix Dashboard

We needed a CMS and operations dashboard for our own site — content management, lead and quote tracking, and role-based team access — without taking on a third-party CMS's licensing cost, plugin lock-in, or an admin UI we couldn't fully control.

We built a custom Next.js dashboard from scratch: a block-based page and post editor with 8 reusable content block types, a fully custom role-and-permission system with per-user grant overrides, mandatory two-factor authentication with Passkey support, and a live AI copilot for content questions — all running on MongoDB with no external CMS dependency.
